The Hundred Free Bets for London Spirit v Southern Brave on August 1st

August 3, 2026
por Emma Harrison
If you’re watching this Saturday’s Lord’s double header and could use a few free bets, we’ve got good news for you; some of the UK’s top betting sites have exactly what you’re after. More on that in a moment.

The Brave’s women’s side come into this game with a perfect 100% record having won their first four games. The Spirit’s women and both men’s sides don’t have that many wins between them, but this early in the season a single win can make a huge difference, so both of these matches will be keenly contested.

The story so far

Southern Brave Women have shown an ability to win in varied circumstances, scoring 140 against Birmingham Phoenix on Thursday and then comfortably holding off their rivals’ run-chase. They’ve also managed a knife-edge one-run victory over MI London. The Spirit lost their first game but have held up well since, beating Trent Rockets by five wickets, before a final-ball six earned them a draw with MI London. On the men’s side, it’s a little harder to give confident predictions for UK betting sites; London Spirit followed up a loss to Trent Rockets with an exceptional chase against MI London, which is good form to bring into this contest. Southern Brave men, meanwhile, won in very different style, putting up a modest 128 against Birmingham but defending it in style by holding their opponents to just 116.
